The study educates and trains highly professional personnel in the field of maritime affairs for application of the skills of manging maritime organisational business systems and processes, especially in economic activities such as shipping, port, transport, shipbuilding or fishing companies. In this matter account has been taken of building up individual competence and creating a new and more competitive structure of maritime staff.
