
Applications to the Student Affairs Committee are submitted in person in office no. 502 (5th floor of the Faculty) between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. If a student is unable to come to the Faculty, the application form can be filled out and signed in person and sent in PDF format to the e-mail address molbe@pfst.hr (name the single PDF document with the student's first and last name, e.g. application Marin Marić).
Along with the completed application form, it is necessary to attach appropriate documentation confirming the statements in the application. The application form is available at the link in the attachment and in office no. 502.

Students who have certain requirements based on health reasons are required to contact the faculty doctor, request an appointment, and go to her with all medical documentation. In case of a positive opinion from the faculty doctor, the certificate obtained must be attached to the application to the Student Affairs Committee.
